DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

VILLA

Luxury villa at the beach of Guardias Viejas, built against a small hillside with a fortress on top and view of the Mediterranean Sea and the snow-capped mountain tops of the Sierra Nevada.
It's a perfect place to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet since the house is located right outside the touristy centre but then again within an acceptable distance (5kms) of all shops, bars, restaurants and discos.
A perfect 27 hole golf course within a 5 km distance + another magnificent course at Roquetas de Mar (20km further on).

The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, sitting & dining room with multi-burner for possible chilly winter nights + an extra sofa-bed for 2 persons and a separate lovely sitting room with a marvellous view of the sea.
Air conditioning, Satellite TV, washing machine and tumble dryer available.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Around the house you can relax and enjoy while lying on the sun beds, 25m outside the garden is the water of the Med. where it is lovely to lay at the waterside or swim in the sea. It's a paradise for fishing and scuba-diving.
It is possible to walk or cycle along the beach for about 5km as well to the east as to the west (bikes are for rent in the Urb. Almerimar).
At a 4km distance, there's a riding school for horse riding where they also offer a guided horse trip along the beach.
And not to forget are the lovely golf courses where you can play golf all year long.
For those who like to have a drink in an outdoor café: plenty of choice and everywhere free tapas if you order an alcoholic beverage.
Within 25kms, numerous possibilities, too much to list them here.
